Cocktail Charlie (C&TCF) was subtly concocted by Charles on the anniversary of the publication of On the Origin of Species, as a tribute to the date of that groundbreaking book. 

Bourbon, Amoretti Champagne Extract, Sweet Vermouth, Chambord liquor and Angostura bitters

ABV VOL 35% VOL 700 Ml

Simply add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and pour into a Martini glass.

Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
