Bonfire Night Fireman's Sour £115

Presented in the unique collectible Sweet Cocktails Fireman’s Decanter, the Bonfire Night Fireman’s Sour is a unique creation by Charles Meynell, concocted at Charlie & The Cocktail Factory on 5th November 2020.

While the name is deliberately a contradiction in terms, it carries a meaningful purpose. Inspired by the traditions of Bonfire Night, which originated from the story of Guy Fawkes, this cocktail is dedicated to celebrating the courage, dedication and bravery of firefighters who protect our communities — with special recognition for the remarkable contribution of female firefighters.

A cocktail created not only to be enjoyed, but to honour those who demonstrate true courage and service.

Ingredients

Premium White Rum, Grenadine Syrup and Amoretti Marc de Champagne.

Alcohol: 35% ABV
Volume: 700ml

Serving Recommendation

Add egg white to a dry cocktail shaker and foam thoroughly. Add ice and fresh orange juice to taste, then shake until perfectly chilled.

Pour into an ice-filled glass. For a celebratory finish, top with sparkling wine or Champagne.

Garnish with an orange twist and a Maraschino Cherry to complete this striking and memorable creation.
