Presented in the unique collectible Sweet Cocktails Original Amaretto Bottle, the James Murphy Amoretto Sweet & Sour is an innovative creation by Charles Meynell, dedicated to Sweet Cocktails’ Chairman in recognition of his Royal Air Force (RAF) service and civilian philanthropic achievements.

This exceptional creation showcases Charles Meynell’s pioneering Combo Cocktail Technique, making it possible, for the first time, to serve two distinct cocktails from the same bottle. A true expression of creativity and craftsmanship, it allows guests to experience both the indulgent sweetness of an Amaretto Sweet and the refreshing sophistication of an Amaretto Sour.

Ingredients

Disaronno Original Italian Liqueur, Coconut Rum, Amoretti Champagne Extract, Bourbon and Orange Bitters.

Alcohol: 35% ABV
Volume: 700ml

Serving Recommendation

Amaretto Sweet

Pour into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and add fresh pineapple juice to taste. Shake until perfectly chilled and serve for a rich, smooth and refreshing cocktail experience.

Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Amaretto Sour

For a classic sour variation, dry shake with egg white to create a smooth foam. Add ice and fresh Sorrento lemon juice to taste, then shake again until perfectly chilled.

Pour and garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and a delicate lemon zest twist.
